With over 22 years of progressive experience as a human resources leader, I have consistently driven business growth by aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. My expertise lies in HR business partnering, talent management, leadership development, training facilitation, and executive coaching. I have a proven track record of establishing and scaling learning and development functions across both Indian and global markets, ensuring alignment with the diverse needs of multigenerational and cross-cultural workforces.
