​From a young age, I was always drawn to understanding how people grow—what motivates them, how they adapt, and what helps them thrive.
Growing up with a younger sister in a bustling home full of conversations, questions, and constant learning, that curiosity naturally became a part of who I am. As life moved forward, that passion showed up in many forms: in the way I raise my two amazing kids—a 13-year-old boy and an 18-year-old girl—in the commitment I bring to my fitness routine, in the calm I find when baking something from scratch, and even in the quiet walks with our cocker spaniel, Joey.
Each chapter of life, whether personal or professional, has deepened my belief that learning is never a one-time event—it’s an ongoing process. That’s why stepping into the role of leading this company in an advisory capacity felt so natural. Built on the foundation of learning and development, it gives me a chance to turn that lifelong passion into something meaningful for others.
